Connecting from ChatGPT

Sokuri also works as a ChatGPT connector. Claude and ChatGPT can both be connected at the same time.

   In ChatGPT Settings, turn on Developer mode. It sits under Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings (some versions: Settings → Security → Developer mode).

   Settings → Connectors → Add connector, and paste this address, including the /mcp at the end:

   Press Connect. The Sokuri sign-in page opens — sign in, press Allow, and you're done.

⚠️ Free ChatGPT accounts can't add custom connectors — a paid plan is required. Depending on your plan and where you're chatting from, saving (write) may be blocked and only search may work.

• “Save this link to Sokuri” → saved with title, thumbnail and an AI-picked folder
• “Save this whole trip plan to Sokuri as a folder” → folder + subfolders + checklists + links at once
• “Find the cooking videos I saved last week” → searches your own basket
• “Organize my inbox” → moves inbox items into your existing folders

What it can do

It can't delete anything. Deleting is only done in the app.

FAQ

Q. Does it work on the free plan?

Yes. Only rate limits apply (60 calls/min, 20 saves/min).

Q. How do I disconnect?

Settings → AI connections → Revoke. It stops immediately. Tokens also expire after 90 days.

Q. Can Claude delete my stuff?

No. There is no delete tool — Claude can only save, search and organize. Deleting is done in the app.

📎 Saving files together

   Attach images or files in the chat and ask Claude to save — it shows a plan first: folders, links, notes and the files to add.

   Say OK. Claude saves the collection and replies with two links: Open in Sokuri, and Upload files.

3. 3

   Open the upload link (signed in), tick the files Claude listed, choose them from your phone or Mac, and they land in the folder.

Staying safe

A token is shown only once when created. It expires after 90 days and you can revoke it in Settings anytime. Everything an AI did is listed under “Recent AI activity” in Settings.
